The implementation process

It is an essential part of our products that the implementation for our customers is absolutely smooth and fast. That is why we work strictly according to a standardized implementation process that adapts to the needs of our customers.

Step 1 | Ramp-Up

The first step of the STO process is the ramp-up phase. In this phase we will work closely with you to understand all your needs and requirements. Jointly, we will align on the goal and roadmap of the project. Finally, we will define the token economics & strategy and arrange regulatory and legal clarification.

Duration: 1 – 4 weeks

Step 2 | Pre-Emission

The second phase includes the platform configuration as well as your team’s onboarding on the platform. We will further integrate the front-end based on your customization and API implementations. Finally, all your legal and regulatory settings will be clarified.

Duration: 4 – 12 weeks

Step 3 | Emission

The emission phase covers the tokenization of the asset and the token offering. The investors will be onboarded, the custody will be conducted and finally, the purchasing process and the investor settlement will be executed.

Duration: 2 – 4 weeks 

Step 4 | Post-Emission

In the final phase after the official emission the Suite supports you with the investors management, trading via secondary market and general monitoring & maintenance of the tokens.
